SIMPLE STEPS TO CONSIGN

We consign luxury clothing and accessories that are in excellent modern or very reasonable vintage condition. Simply send images and all relevant details to hello@mesaio.com.au or via DM on Instagram @mesaio.store. We will be in contact to let you know if we are interested in consigning your items within Mesaío. We may also be able to offer a rough indication of how much we can offer you.

All items must be brought in store for our luxury consignment specialist to check, prior to be agreed upon to sell at Mesaío. We will then give you a fixed price on what we can offer you for your piece. All items vary in worth and quality. Items sold below $1,000 are a 50/50 split between the client and Mesaío. Items sold over $1,000 are a 60/40 split - 60% to the client. Items sold below $300 may be offered an ourtight price - meaning we buy the item off the client in stead of consigning.*

Once we have both agrees on the commission price, we will then add the item to Mesaío for sale, both in store and online. We pay the client once the item has sold. If the item goes on lay-by, we pay the client once the item has been paid in full (lay-by’s can reach a maximum of 8 weeks total). Once sold or all outight payments are then paid within 7 business days. If the item has not sold within 8-12 weeks, we simply return the item to you.
